If you were not one of the millions of people to witness the last solar eclipse, it’s hard to convey in words or pictures. This was a very unique and amazing experience. The thin red glow on the horizon 360 degrees in every direction that quickly blended to a not quite black sky. Both in shades I had never seen before. And then the usually hidden suns corona reaching out from behind the silhouetted moon hovering overhead. Those two minutes thirty nine seconds went by quickly. I am already planning for the next occurrence, quite possible my last opportunity.
