Tom Lazar has been creating and selling his work both as fine art and for stock use for over a decade. His work can be seen in both regional and national publications. National Geographic, Nature Photographer, Birder’s World, Audubon, and Wisconsin Trails magazine have all used his images. In addition, his work has been used in books, travel guides, music CD’s, postcards, and calendars. His images are represented by two agencies. In North America – Animals, Animals, Earth Scenes. And in 1998 his work was selected to be included in the BBC Natural History Unit Picture Library which now operates as the Nature Picture Library and markets his work worldwide.


Tom is a charter member of NANPA, the North American Nature Photographers Association. NANPA’s goal is the promotion of the ethical photography of our environment. He conducts both photographic and natural history lectures and workshops for many groups, organizations and nature centers each year.


His fine art prints have won numerous awards at fine art shows and competitions. All fine art pieces are limited edition, signed and numbered art prints created entirely by Tom Lazar.
